This platform is designed for participants of StudyInBali programs to connect, share experiences, and receive important program-related information.

• Communicate respectfully with other members
• Not post spam, advertising, or irrelevant links
• Not post illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Respect the privacy of other members
• Only share content that you have the right to share

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

• You retain ownership of the content you post.
• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and share your content within the community.
• We may share community-generated content (e.g., photos from events) within the community as part of our service.

5. Group Membership

When you join a group, your membership is visible to other group members, and all posts within that group are visible to them.

6. Events and Announcements

We may post event invitations, updates, and study-related announcements within the platform. Participation is voluntary unless otherwise specified.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-generated content or any damages arising from the use of the platform.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how StudyInBali – Muth/Müller GbR (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our online community at community.studyinbali.com and our related services. 3. Purpose of Data Processing

• To maintain a safe, respectful, and relevant online environment

• To analyse usage and improve our platform and services

By joining the community, you consent to:

• Your name and profile being visible to other members

• Your membership in specific groups (e.g., course batches) being visible to other group members

• Any content you post within a group being visible to all group members

• Our documentation of your participation (photos, videos) being shared within the community. This is in addition to any previous consent you have provided in your course contract with us.

5. Sharing of Data

We do not sell or rent your personal data. However, we may share your data with:

 

• Service providers (BuddyBoss, 10Web, Zoho, Google Analytics) strictly for platform functionality and analytics

• Legal authorities if required by law

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain your login session

• Enable functionality such as notifications and group management

• Analyse site traffic and usage

You can control cookie settings in your browser, but disabling cookies may affect platform functionality.
